PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information provided is solely used to process your order or contact you regarding a particular transaction. All information is gathered securely and is treated seriously and with full respect to your privacy. The information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.
 

CONDITION OF ITEM

All products are handmade and examined well before it is passed over to a third-party delivery system. Our products are protected using heavy-duty kraft packaging and shipped inside 100% biodegradable and compostable mailers. We are not responsible for products that have been damaged by the shipping courier.
  

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are shipped out within 72 hours of purchase from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays will be fulfilled on the next available business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order’s fulfillment which will include any applicable tracking information.
  

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via Canada Post and all packages are calculated for shipping costs using the Canada Post shipping calculator. All available options and their associated rates will be presented during the checkout process for your selection.
Philippine Shipping:
All Philippine orders are shipped via J&T Express.
   

PARCEL TRACKING

All customers will be prompted to select their preferred shipping option and associated rate; both tracked and more cost-effective non-tracked options are available. While tracking domestic/international packages greatly increases the cost of shipping, it is always recommended. Any applicable tracking information will be sent to customers via email upon order and payment fulfillment.
  

DELIVERY TIMING 

Estimated delivery times and their associated shipping rates are generated by the third-party delivery system during the checkout process. All orders are shipped out according to each customer’s selection. From time-to-time deliveries can become delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
 

RETURNS/ REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges unless a mistake has been made by us while packaging or shipping the order.
